Hi! Just noticed.. Morgen habe ich frei oder Morgen bin ich frei ? (have a day off or be free for the day?)

Interesting question...but what do you really want say? Having a day off (from work) doesn´t mean that you aren´t busy at your free day, right. And "Morgen bin ich frei" doesn´t mean exactly "be free for the day".....it just means "Tomorrow I´m free"...just saying Me as native german speaker when you just say to me "Morgen habe ich frei" as a stand alone without any further context I would assume you are not going to work tomorrow, and that´s it. When you just say to me "Morgen bin ich frei" as a stand alone without any further context that can mean 2 things - either - you will have lot´s of spare time tomorrow - or and by far way more likely to use that particular phrase - tomorrow you will get released of something like jail or any burden. By having a conversation about finding an appointment to do something together you should go with "Morgen habe ich frei" and additionally adding "Da habe ich Zeit für dich" = "there I got time for you" or something like that to point out the willing to spend time together......BUT when you want to be polite because you and your counterpart have no close relationship respectively you don´t know each other very well then you should definitively use the subjunktive form and the formal speech by saying "Da hätte ich Zeit für Sie" meaning "there I would have time for you"...the subjunctive form in informal speech between people who know each other well is then "Da hätte ich Zeit für dich" The difference in meaning between "Da habe ich Zeit für dich" and "Da hätte ich Zeit für dich"...is that the subjunctive form (hätte) is by far not so pushy/insistent...respectively ..I give you the choice to say Yes or No while by using "habe" I already know respectively I expect a "Yes" But that is already deep semantic and definitively no beginner issue and I don´t know your level you have already reached in learning German. Hope I could a little bit enlighten you.

Danke sehr! Quelle vidéo géniale! English is useful BUT not good enough and has very limited communication if you speak it in a country that does not speak it as your first or second official language. Each language opens commercial / cultural / professional / folkloric / artisanal doors that others cannot! Also, although I like to use English, of course, being in UK now or speaking it to people who have it as their first language, I notice that it is difficult and I can see like my predictions that generally become true in such questions, that more and more people start not to choose English as a second language as a reflex to use it straight away like Lingua Franca but to opt for French, Spanish , Russian, German, Malay etc ... which are by regions of the globe and for some, at the international level, lingua francas themselves. Some people also seem to opt for specialized languages like Icelandic or Maltese or Farsi to open special historical and cultural doors. Since Brexit (which I understand the reason for) and so many Trumpist extremists in the United States still, English will be used less around the world, at least and indelibly at less than 15%, by 2023-25.
