Germany: It’s nice to have armor at top tier (Leopard 2A7V, FlaRakRad, EF-2000, PUMA) || WarThunder

My opinion about Germany top tier lineup: -Ground: Leopard 2A7V carries Germany. and don’t bring the PUMA as IFV, it’s bad. -SPAA: FlaRakRad at the current meta is not good anymore, can be defeated easily. -Air/CAS: Typhoon is pretty good and the best for Germany. -Helicopter: I hate Helicopters. Overall good lineup, not the best ofc, not good as Russia or Sweden and USA. Top tier needs 14.0 BR immediately, tanks with spall liners can’t be at the same BR with tanks that have no spall liners. New SPAAs is needed to counter CAS effectively, it’s not fair Russia having the strongest SPAA and the second best CAS in the game right now. Sorry for yapping, I hope you enjoy.

How's USA is better than germany? It has worse Tanks, worse SPAA, worse Heli, only CAS is arguably better and also Germany doesn't face Russian CAS spam like USA does 99% of the matches

@INeatFreak the only thing strong for Germany is the 2A7, the rest of tanks I see them comparable. For the SPAA it’s not the best, their you have 8 missiles and you have a gun, here you have 2 missiles and you need to reload. The Tiger UHT is not good also, spikes are terrible. And lastly what do you mean we don’t face Su-34s spam?? One of my friends had to use his Russia lineup so we just don’t face Russia, see the first game when he was using UK and then using Russia. USA is not weak, not the best tanks for the current but not the worst.

@@PanzerSteinn Leopards are more survivable than Abrams but slower in reload and mobility, DM53 is more consistent on penning T-80U hulls, SPAA has to reload but the VT1's are one of the best misisles in the game, it has better range than ADATS and also has a track radar you can quickly find and lock and keep that lock through objects and clouds, ADATS cant even lock on slightly cloudy weather. Wasn't Tiger using PARS not Spikes? They're F&F insanely good against SPAAs and Lights tanks, you can just spam and go reload without exposing yourself, Hellfires do hit harder but are near unusable if there's SPAA present, which is like 90% of the matches. When I play US top tier, 99% of my matches are against Russia, Germany however fluctuates between USA and Russia, it's still better. Germany definitely not weak and is much better than USA.

I didn’t play USA so I can’t judge properly, but when I play against good US players I don’t see big difference in tanks, again I’m not saying US tanks aren’t suffering. Also, when we are talking about the new CAS meta FlaRakRad, ADATS, and Tor-M1 are obsolete for this job. Only Pantsir and ItO are good for this. For the Heli, I guess the PARS works the same as spikes if I’m not mistaken. It’s just my opinion, this might change when I try USA top tier, I tried USA 10.7 (M1 KVT) and I can tell you M774 at 10.7 is a joke, and absolute joke, that’s why I didn’t play it that much.

@@PanzerSteinn Abrams is only good when hull down, it's so much easier to disable Abrams than the Leopards because of fake fuel pump Gaijin has added and also the bulkheads behind fuel tanks generate shit ton of spall. DM53 can pen even the turret cheek on Abrams on slight angles, but Leopards turret cheek are truly impenetrable. The M1 Abrams is actually one of the better ones, Abrams family peeks at M1A1 at 11.3 then it just gets worse and worse towards top tier. As for SPAAs, both ItO and FlaRakRad use the same missile, so calling one really bad and other good is kinda not fair imo, yes I know you have to reload but I'd say it's still slightly better than the rest, especially the Tor as it's even worse than ADATS imo.

I wish abrams armor was modeled correctly 1. 250mm nera under gun and above turret ring 2. Turret ring is over exposed in game 3. Upgraded gun brech armor to ≈500mm nera 4 du in hull (even russians say that abrams has du armor in hull from m1a2 5. Abrams in game is moddeled without du! (It has export model with worlfram) 6 turret side armor was improved (numbers unknown but from m1a2 version) 7. In Ukraine tusk 1 stopped kornet atgm which is found in bmp2M in wt) 8. Volumetric turret ring and shattering apfsds at upper front hull plate) ITS ALL WRONG GAJIN! and comunity has sources 😫

i've gotten to 11.3 US (M1A1 and IPM1) and basically have a full lineup (YAH-64, f111f/f4e/LAV-AD), US teams are... 35% win rate... I really dont see a point in grinding 800k+ RP just to get an abrams with slightly better round, better thermals, and better armour (no one shoots the cheeks anyways and the LFP is still easily penetrated). If I could trade my US linup for an equivalent russian or german linup I would do it in a heartbeat, I dont know why the US teams suck so bad, some say its premiums, but all nations, especially the big 3 have top tier prems, I think its the Abrams that are much much less forgiving compared to the t90M and 2A7, paper armour everywhere but the cheeks, no spall liner = basically no survivability... anyways, the abrams is not even comparable to the 2a7 or t90m, its sad to see it like this really, I dont know what they could do to fix it, I think currently there is a bias towards russian top tier, the t90M is insanely protected and survivable, and while checking the protection analysis, i realized that the relict and contact 5 ERA "Destabilizes" APFSDS rounds, these 2 are the only ERA that do this, not even chinese ERA, so when shooting the sides of t series tanks at angles, if the dart hits that ERA, it will might not penetrate the side, and if it does, it will do little to no damage + spall liner = nothing, check for yourself if you dont believe me, all to say, im salty cuz US top tier tanks suck ass + russian tanks are very very powerful, much more than in real life. But hey 5 second reload (for ace crew ($$) and goes away if on 2 crew) so why am I complaining (Ignore type 90 with base 4 sec).

I remember at one time, USA was doing great I guess in 2021 before the KVT and Click-bait. But now look how 2 premiums ruined the whole nation and ruined many players’ experience. I say the tanks aren’t bad but aren’t competing against new MBTs like Leopard 2A7 and Strv 122B and I don’t know why it takes Gaijin so long to fix this, 35% win rate is tragic.
