Modern Day Poland would initially beat germany and push into germany, but if germany is fully focused on the war with the war economy going and thousands conscripting, germany would turn things around, especially due to the east of germany being industrially very weak

Only currently, the army is pretty weak, but with a population more than double that of poland and much stronger arms manufactoring, as long as poland does not annihilate germany's defences in the first 2 months, germany will win the war for sure.
