Loved visiting Munich!!!! Shocked how the culture of respecting tranquility of others is there, as a french living in Paris (lot of assh*oles people with no respect street harassment agression in public transport people annoying others for cigarettes thugs putting shitty rap song in public transport and pissing off everyone, welcome to Paris France ?) But when I got to Munich: everybody seem to live peacefully people are not loud at all in supermarket public transport and others public places, you definitely feel how safe the city is, women can be outside late at night in public transport/trains it's quiet there are no annoying people no trash in tramways and train everyone respect each other people don't cross at the pedestrian red light (on Saturday night!). I was sad about my country tbh, as french we need to take German for model tbh !!! Never saw anyone harassing girls outside never saw thugs putting loud music in public transport bein there was a breath of fresh air !!!! It made me think a bit of what I though about Japan, the culture of respect THAT WE DO NOT HAVE here in France especially Paris !!!

Looking at a walking tour of Kiel, in Schleswig-Holstein versus this Bavarian city, Munich Germany, the height differences is very noticeable. The Germans are very tall in Schleswig-Holstein and look atleast as tall as the Dutch. Northern Europeans seem very tall in general in regions of northern Germany, the Scandinavian countries and in the Netherlands. Most other European countries in western Europe which includes the southern provinces of Germany looks about the same as European Americans in North America with most men between 173 cm yo 178 cm and most women between 163 to 168 cm. Most men in northern Europe look over 180 cm and most women look over 170 cm. Germany just looks like it has alot of differences in average height from region to region and found on the internet that a website said that it is hard to get an accurate average height of Germans because it said that there was a 10 cm average height difference between its tallest and shortest provinces. Italy feels the same way because in Friuli, Veneto and Trentino or northern provinces of Italy they look as tall as northern Europeans but in central and Southern Italy they look shorter on average then a majority of Europeans in western Europe.
