You could do like they go home and the next day whilst they are practicing Hinata has another panic attack and tells the team to call Sakura ( Sakusa gave him his number before leaving the bathroom ) and that’s how they find out about hinatas condition! :)

Did you know that cockroaches are one of the cleanest bugs, you might not think so because they eat garbage and rotten food but it’s true. They have tiny microorganisms that live on their shell and constantly eats the bacteria away. Kinda like when a bird eats the bugs off of a rinos back. Sorry I’m only up to the roach part but I just wanted to spread this.

part 2 please 🙏🙏 I can't really think about an idea but maybe they get back and they start talking in the breaks and the other are just confused and then something could happen that cause hinata to have a panic attack or something. Another idea, they get back and after the practice match, sakuhina start hanging out then they get together and then karasuno finds out about hinata having germaphobia, somehow, but sakusa was there so they told them about everything and also about their relationship, I don't know but maybe this could help you to think an idea of part 2 because this one is REALLY good🤩. ⬆ sorry if it didn't make sense. English is not my first language.
