Why though? NLB has 0 flinch and essentially infinite ammo off spawn, (you don't need to wait for shots to charge) and sidearms have much faster TTK's than any hand cannon. I think handcannon icebreaker would be way more fun to watch, but sadly less effective.

Not entirely true. A 3 tap from a Eyasluna has a faster TTK than 4-5 tap from sidearm. Add "Luck in the Chamber" perk and a two tap Luna has much better TTK. So, I'd say if you have a good roll on a Hand Cannon matching that with the Ice Breaker is just as effective as NLB and Sidearm. Consider that they are about to add more flinch to the NLB on 3/28 and HC+Ice Breaker will become even more powerful in comparison to NLB+Sidearm. Both are very effective and definitely Meta loadouts in 3v3 game modes like ToO.

I've been watching you for a little while now and we tend to run the same load out. My advice to you; T1 intellect, T5 Discipline, T5 Strength, Frost-33Z. Trust me, if it works wonders for me I can't imagine what it will do with you using it. This could help out at those times you're absolute and trying to run, it can help with blocking paths etc.
