Sublime. I get goosebumps like those I get when I listen to Eva Cassidy. Few artists can give me that.

He has 3 out at the moment. Magnificent they are as well. It’s on his Facebook page at Ger O Donnell. Along with some wonderful lockdown session which brought a light to many at a hard time. His song about the health care workers will put tears on a stone.

Mesmerizing. Ger would you cover I Miss My Mary by Hal Hetchum and Kay by John Wesley Ryles (was covered by Daryl Singletary). I think they are perfect for your mysterious voice and storytelling style. Keep cranking them out.

Beautiful voice!!! I have seen you on a couple of videos of The Petersons I watched today and had to see who you were...... just a beautiful voice ..... ❤ I wanted to ask what the instrument is that you play on their videos? It looks like a cross between a guitar and a huge mandolin ( I apologise for my ignorance!)

my only complaint is that there is a sort of hackneyed effect to the lyrics in the sense that if you choose starry night or sunflowers ur really going for the obvious. he did paint an awful lot more than that. start with potatoe eaters, painted when he was a novice priest trainee working, failing, with the poor in the gloomy north. otherwise, all your stuff is wonderful, man.

I see you are familiar with Van Gogh, fair play! I’m sure Don McLean might throw another couple of verses in to reference more of his CV if you get in touch :)
