Gerph's live coding - ARM disassembler (part 6).

This is a continuation of the live coding that was started in mid-June, where I ported an ARM disassembler from GitHub to RISC OS, in order to create a Debugger module.
I'll be continuing this week with the implementation of the debugging commands (*Debug and friends). This will be starting out with the updates to the ARM Prefetch Abort handler and then the updates to the C code that handles the debug operations.
