In Kenya we have only 4 cities Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu n Nakuru, if you are born outside this cities just select City unknown

No need to worry, people have done what the town or area is on their birth certificate na wamepata, did the same for the ones I have work on for my self like the siaya example given. The city unknown also works but I have no personal experience with it. For what you did you can change later in the process to match your birth certificate or do unknown. Na wakenya tujue this “city” thing in the US sio the same, even the smallest one street katown huku ni city.
