Same! I’ve tried with the paper form, dual form, free hand. It all sucked and was a pain to take off. Once my nails heal from all I’ve done too it I’ll try again 😓

It took me like solid 4 tries before I was even a BIT satisfied with it. I find that using the dual form only 2/3 of the nail & then doing the rest free hand turns out the best for me. It also makes sure that the cuticle area is thin and I don’t get as much lifting.

cait marie I think this will be more forgiving than acrylic due to the fact that your working time is different lol. I like that it doesn’t cure until you put it under the lamp. I definitely want to try it out as well!

Try! What should happen!? This kit is awesome. So easy to work with. Let me give you a tip ( as it seems you have no experience)., either use the duoforms OR ( my tip) use the apres x gel tips ( you can use dupes ) , cure them on your nail with basecoat ,so you have your nail extendet and then use a thin!!coating of gershion polygel to strengthen that. Works great. I ve had to do my thumb like this because i needed a nail in 2 min.,so i applied a fullcover tip and with the polygel it is so strong. I really enjoy wearing it. You can wear it 2 weeks for sure😁👍do it! You can do it!!!

I have tried to look everywhere on KZbin but can you do a French tip nail design for like beginners and also would LOVE to see a video of all of your dip powers like a hall!! I love this Chanel and been like binge watching your videos 😂 I’m 12 and my mom one time decided you go get dipping power kit in Sally’s after we had had some jel polishes and now we are like the people that dose all of our firends nails for like dances and all kinda of events ik I really don’t comment on people’s videos bc they probable won’t see them I i think you will see them and mabye do some of them Idk I just thought it was a good idea ok so I’m done talking but I really like this Channel and thank you for creating this!!!! Question, what polygel do you like better, Gershion or Makartt? I’m deciding between those 2 to purchase. I have also never used polygel.

the formula for both is practically identical. it all comes down to colors and what’s included in the kit. i personally would recommend gershion for the complete kit and contents inside and Makartt for the colors.

I have seen so many different polygel kits and brands and I just don't know which one to buy! Should I get Markartt, Gershion, Modelones, or which one do you reccomend for beginners with polygel? Which one is easier to work with? Great video and nails btw :)

i would recommend either makartt or gershion! they are both honestly so similar it is hard to pick a favorite. i think it all comes down to the colors you’re looking for. hope that helps!

How long do your manicures last with a peel off base coat? I’ve recently started using dip powder, I enjoy it so much I want to change the colour every week. But I find the removal process a hassle and is a bit harsh on my natural nail. Would a peel off base last at least a week without popping off?

i don't think the nails would last more than a day or two with the peel off base. however, you can take precautions to make them last longer such as only applying the peel off base to the center of the nail and avoid water on your hands and nails as much as possible!
