29 november is mijn moeder overleden, dit was een van de liederen die gezongen werd op haar begrafenis. Deze improvisatie ontroerd me, ik geniet ervan, huil er soms bij. Wat is het mooi dat muziek dit teweeg kan brengen. dank Gert voor deze prachtige uitvoering.

Its another morning when I am not getting my work done simply because I am watching another sublime improvisation from Gert. Key changes, double pedalling and a gradual build up for another fantastic ending. If only that organ could speak , I am sure it would say " I did enjoy that, lets do it again and again please"!!

This is a wonderful hymn tune, with the most uplifting and inspirational text. This improvisation is beautifully fluid and very empathetic to the whole mood and texture of this much loved hymn. “GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS!”

Really nicely done Gert. Beautiful music. from your mind - that's the best. Someone askled how you can reach this level of excellence in so few year. Natural talen, a love for the sound and being a devoted subject of the King of Instruments. Of Course, his studies with two excellent teachers helps and so does his friend Jan. Gert, Your skill is a product you should be selling. Be one of the few who had made a decent living as a solo recitalist. Good luck to you. Hopefully you will bring classic organ to the people once more.
