How well does the heel fit?

My friend and I are trying to troubleshoot her new machine....when we try to make a heel and go counter clockwise, the needles seem to just fall down the V cam and not follow the v cam down. Do you know what could be causing this?

What happens when you put the yarn from front to back? Is that like a purl? Tnx
@reginapotts43414 жыл бұрын
Yarn in back of needles wouldn’t work but there is a ribber attachment to make purl stitches for ribbed socks, etc.
