Thank you so much! I didn't expect this video was made 14 years ago. Currently, they are screening a movie called "Young woman and the Ocean," and it's really awesome. I watched this movie yesterday and wanted to learn more about the real history behind it~

Used this to supplement my 3rd-grader's reading, "America's Champion Swimmer: Gertrude Ederle". Thank you for making it!

Nadia, this is an excellent video. You did a great job producing it. You are very informative about Gertrude and her challenges. The interviews are an added benefit so we can see the lives she has affected after so many years. I hope you are still making videos. You have a good talent, Nadia.

Dear Nadia, I must say that I quite enjoyed watching your video on Gertrude Ederle. I am currently writing my dissertation on Ederle's accomplishments and the information you have provided here has really helped me write it. My dissertation is titled "Young Woman and the Sea". I see Dianna Diatz has already read some of it ;). I plan to use this video during the undergraduate course I am teaching at Washington University in Missouri. I look forward to seeing more of your very informative videos! Thomas Michael Grizzle

Dear Nadia, I really enjoyed your video on Gertrude Ederle. I am reading an adult biography about her written by Glenn Stout, "Young Woman and the Sea." I just started it, but I think you would love this book! Are you creating more videos? I look forward to seeing more of your creations. My best wishes for you in the New Year! Dianna Diatz
I liked this video. It was very nice and informative, but I would like it even better if it had a bit more information about her life that doesn't have to do with swimming.
