The word blessed in the Beatitudes signifies deep, joy-filled contentment and an inner state of spiritual well-being. Psalms 63:1 You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water. Psalms 143:6 I spread out my hands to you; I thirst for you like a parched land. It's not a passive one time event, it's a continual longing for righteousness It's a hunger and thirst for seeking God first and foremost; Matthew 6:33 But SEEK FIRST HIS KINGDOM AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, and all these things will be given to you as well. Those who thirst for righteousness receive the water Jesus offered to the woman at the well: “But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. Those who continue hungering and thirsting after the righteousness of God don't have to be concerned about being twice dead; Revelation 21:8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars-they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.” Revelation 20:12-14 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were JUDGED ACCORDING TO WHAT THEY HAD DONE as recorded in the books. 13The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was JUDGED ACCORDING TO WHAT THEY HAD DONE. 14Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. 15Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire. Revelation 21:27 Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life. [These verse clearly show the error of the osas teaching] Salvation comes to a heart that hungers and thirsts for righteousness.

@@2Chronicles714_ Yes, God knows who His children are. Ephesians 1:13-14 lets us know that we are children of God and have confidence in our salvation.

Repent of sin to receive the Holy Spirit. No Holy Spirit, Not a child of God. Romans 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, IF SO be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. 👉Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.👈
