This is great information. I stumbled across your channel when I was researching Vermont titles. I've known about Vermont registration for a long time. Always thought about doing it but just never did. I know many of other people who have and they did all right. Glad I found your channel. You have so much more information. You might sometime if you haven't already do a list of states that don't require titles. Because now that Vermont is a title compliance tape to my understanding they are. That means they go by the rules of where the car came from. That is how my state is. So if you've got a list of states that do not require titles especially for her given instant say a car more than 20 years old. This might be of interest to your viewers. I know that list of states gets smaller almost daily.

What if the bank is in a different state then you have the vehicle which state template should you use?

I got a charge off and sent a letter for a 1099-c to the original creditor. Waiting for the creditor to send it back, once I get it..I will do this next in the state of Texas 🔥🔥💪🏾💪🏾

It's really hard to get that 1099-c from the original creditor. You can't call it has to be sent by mail, which takes forever!!!!

1099-C Tax Form. Lender charges off debt and sends YOU AND IRS income tax form 1099-C for $--- Please talk to tax person. That may be considered income by IRS OR State Franchise Tax Board. WOOF WOOF 😂

Court order certificate of title. Affidavit journal entry docket request petition affidavit of facts. Did you already contact the lien holder

Georgia DMV has a lien release form but they actual form said its not accepted by any lender that is enrolled in ELT (Electronic Lien on Title). When I search for the letter of non-interewst for my state the T-4 Lien or Security Interest Affadavit comes up which is same lien release form. Do I get them to sign it anyway and take it to court? or will the fact that the form says it's not valid for lien holders with an electronic title get my way?

I have a question? My car title loan was taking out in September 4, 2019 in the amount of $7000. I was not able to return to work do to my work injury and had to have surgery and is in State Disability. I live in California is there away for me to get my title loan back. My loan is still active with the company but they want interest now it’s $43,000.00. Is there a state limitation In California for title loans to be written off? And please can you give me advice of how to get my title back. Yes I’m going to do as you said in video also. But is there any more ways

CA requires the notarized original copy of LIEN SATISFIED. NO COPIES. The Bank or company usually had a DMV CLERK who is a Notary stamped these. Try out what video said. Report back what happened. ❤❤

What should I do I paid my car, off the ale company . Repo my car and will not give it back k to me which I own it Lone. Thre owner said my husband can only get my without me signing over the car . file a ucc-11 to see if there is for sure a lien on it...99.9% of the time their won't be, so file a ucc-1 and put a lien on it yourself... ;)
