I'm one of those people who finds it very uncomfortable to prime my Aeon. I think some Aeons are smoother than others just because of minor manufacturing variances, and I just ended up with a rough one. My Aeon is getting more comfortable with use, but it's still a very strong prime and I'll be modding it so that I can actually use it as an all-day blaster, because it's excellent in just about every other way.

ed skar's video on the aeon where you adjust the angle you prime at helped me a lot. that's what i do

Oh heck! You are right. I still have the file, but I didn't create it, so I don't think it would be suitable for me to put it up on e.g. thingiverse. I PM'd the creator (via reddit) to ask about it. I will try to keep this up to date!
