I have the 115 nibbi jettings and a 115 unbranded jets you can get from motorcycle shops. They are different sizes the 115 nibbi jets are smaller despite the same number size. But when I check the 122-125 nibbi jettings, it turned out to be the same with the 115 unbranded jettings

I have installed k&n airfilter for my Apache RTR 160 2012 model but airflow is increased and fuel supply is not proper so which jet should I change main jet or pilot jet or both?? Also tell me the diameter which will change proper fuel mixture with k&n airfilter,I also installed NGK iridium spark plug.

Start by increasing the main jet alone. One size at a time. The best main jet for your setup will give you best top speed. This is how you can check. I dont think pilot jet needs replacement. Adjust the pilot screw, and you will be fine.

@@EzMeck also tell me if I use racing cdi so rpm gets unrestricted and you get higher RPM does that really gives top speed??

Hi Rajib, thanks for the informative video. I followed these instructions and drilled a 1.2 mm hole in the main jet of my Fz16 - 2012 installed with K&N RC 1060 filter, SC project exhaust and Nikavi Iridium spark plug. The throttle note sounds crisp and there is no problem with the idling. However, when I'm at WOT, it revvs till 75 kmph (or ~5000 RPM) smoothly but then starts pulliing back to around 68-69 and feels like it's losing power and dying out. Also, when I lower the throttle to 80-90% the bike again accelerates to around 85. I'm not sure if the mixture is too rich or too lean since these are the problems faced with lean mixture but on the other hand I've increased the size of jet. It'll be really helpful if you could share your ideas on it.

Keep the bike on WOT, run for sometime on wot. Now at wot turn the engine off by engine kill and pull clutch and use brakes to stop the bike. Now check the condition of spark plug tip. I think its a symptom of richer mixture. But can't confirm without riding it.

Rejetting is must, try increasing the main jet 2.5 size at a time. Use a inline catalytic converter and a db killer to maintain the back pressure, otherwise the bike wont pickup

Carburettor clean karwao, savi jets ko wire se clean karo, or diaphragm rubber check karo.

Check the main jet size, just go one size up at a time. It's recommended to get a spare stock mainjet in case the experiment goes wrong. There is no drill size to mainjet size chart. Just need to find out as I did, which drill fits just right and use one size up drill to get one size up jet. All the best!

Drill konsi size me kar rahe ho isse bohot farak par sakta hai, jets ki diameters bohoti chota hota hai, so soch samajh k bits use karna.

Try karke dekh sakte ho, lekin mujhe nehi lagta ki 78 ki bullet se zada mileage mil sakta hai. Kyuki ye bikes bilkul v efficient nehi hai, petrol loss bohot hota hai, iske liye hi mileage itna kam deti hai.
