Get Baptized, be Born Again!

Can anyone baptize? Or can anyone just pick up the bible and be moved to baptize themself and others? Where is the ordination coming from? Is there a real line of official baptism from the true church or are they baptized like "John's Baptism" if it's not from someone ordained

Peace be, I havent seen anywhere in scripture where people baptized themselves. With that being said, I have read where baptized believers baptized others (whom they ministered the gospel to). Christ disciples early on in John 4:1-2, and the example of Phillip who baptized the eunuch through the leading and direction of the Holy Spirit (vanishing shortly afterwards Acts 8:35-39). God ordained and still ordains and the true believer obeys Him through the leading of the Holy Spirit. The order stems from Matthew 28:19, from Christ Himself to His disciples.
