Si4, I am Satyaban. I solicit your guidance. Through Zoom platform, we friends meet occasionally for musical programs. I have a ready musical track on which I play guitar and want to get the mixed sound go to the webcam mic. I have a mixer. Since to entire sound comes from my speaker and catched by the built-in mic of the webcam, I get a horrible and distorted audio when I play back. I couldn't get any webcam which has an audio input so that I can balance my guitar with the track and send to the webcam audio input from my mixer. So I don't know what to do. Shall be grateful if suitably advised. Regards.

Hi Satyaben, You will need a mixer with USB interface & you should be able to select that mixer in the Zoom application as audio I/O. Then you can mix your track & your microphone & send via Zoom. I have never tried this though. Would be interesting to know if you give it a try.

Sir, I have a Behringer UM2 Audio interface and a Boya BM1 Microphone. But I get almost no gain on the interface with that mic. I've tried switching it to camera/mobile mode along with phantom power on and off but nothing happens. The interface works good with my guitar and the mic works well on the phone. Please help.

Hi Pranjal, I believe you are referring to Boya BYM1 microphone. It does not work with standard XLR microphone input. It should work with your laptop directly.
