Get Better Runes: Summoners War

I'd like to make a suggestion for a video. Instead of just talking generally about runes, I would love to see a video where you go over a bunch of screenshots from rune drops and explain why the rune is good/bad, whether to keep it or not and who you could use it on (maybe specific units and/or types of units)

I watch the most popular SW Tubers and only some times they have helpful advice in their videos. TMG dedicate his channel not for entertainment like the others, but to help you in your progression in the game. that is why you are here. no other channel will give you this kind of content. I personally can say my progression in this game started with this channel. I had to stop watching random videos, because they were putting me in the wrong direction.

A really good resource is to look at the players in the top 100 and take a look at the substats that they have. And also if you talk with someone who's clearly more advanced than you in chat you can see what they're using.

Man, I have to be honest....I have SHYT runes right now. I just reached lvl 40 and finally got in a guild that is active, but I cannot wait for this coming rune removal. Its time to clean house. Not keeping anything under a 4 star blue and going to focus on getting my GB10 group runes and start improving my collection. Thanks for all the great advice.

Substats, absolutely. I actually went from ~50% success rate in autoing GB10 to 100% because of fine tuning my Shannon's 1-3-5 runes.

The filter my guild uses goes as follows: % runes slot 2,4,6. Sell any rune without speed. Whatever you keep, upgrade for each substat, ie a blue rune to +6, a purple rune to +9.

Whats more effective in your opinion TMG? 6* a pivotal monster thats been 5* for a while on my team, or 5*ing a few monsters sitting in storage that i haven't had the chance to use? (i'm doing GB10 Auto at this point with 7 6*s)

TMG quick question, should I focus on Bastet when I'm not even on R3 or TOA hard 40+? I've just pulled her and dunno what to do with her. I completed TOA 100 normal, doing gb10 and db10, no necro yet.

+Adam Nowicki Bastet is dope for ToA and arena. You can pretty much use bastet for everything though (Including Raid.)

+Aimran Fikri Sabri bernard: for Arena: Swift + anything, just go for SPD really. for pve: Swift/violent + Focus: SPD, hp/deff, acc/hp depending on Subs ; bella: violent + Nemesis/will/revenge/Focus, SPD, hp, hp acc though Subs, Focus is best for beginners, nemisis is best for Arena defense to Counter aoe comps ; shannon: depair + Focus, SPD, hp, hp/acc, shannon though is not as usefull late game and Arena as the others

i did tamor hard boss stage, from my personal experience doing bosses whether it's on normal hard or hell gives you a higher chance for a monster drop

This game literally drives me mad and causes me to take force hiatuses because of how difficult it is to get usable Runes. I've wasted over 300 energy in one lump sum *several times, mind you* farming Runes from B7 and up, and get middle-fingered up the @$$ each time. I have so many monsters that are ready to be built and just sitting in storage because I can't get even mediocre Runes to use without flat garbage subs appearing on them while upgrading. To make it worse, those Legendary 6* percentage runes I get completely got down the drain because that bad RNG inevitably happens and ruins them immediately. They need to balance the rune drop rates or make better options without the sporadic, random nonsense that's required to get decent Runes to work with. Runes are too imperative in the game for even the least greatest Runes to be so scarce. And I'm sick of 3* Runes dropping from Dragon B7. I'm convinced that Dragon B7 is glitched because they're so overabundant. /rant end.
