This is an amazing video ❤ wanted to ask gow easy is manifestation do we need to affirm 24 7 consistently or just decide and whenever thought comes throughout day affirm just 1 to 2 times with conviction and move with move on with life Is this how easy manifestation is ? Affirm until it is your reality

Affirmation is just a tool to change your inner truths. You don’t need to affirm all day but when you affirm, affirm with conviction. You affirm until you changed your mindset. When you start feeling like you know this is going to happen, you can stop affirming. Manifesting is about what you align within. Once you are aligned, it’s done.
