Can we use direct query ?so that we can put filter selection for parameter, based on selection the table will change dynamically will this work? because for import mode it is not flexible like filter selection when we publish the report. Can you pls answer it

If you could show how to use parameter as slicer, because this report cannot be used by end user if published. I think Powerbi does support parameter binding which can be used for that option

If the parameter is an integer type and not varchar then how value will be given to the Exec GetEmployeePer. It's showing me Invalid Literal while giving the value as 2 or '2' or ,"2".

Select "Import" option in Data connection mode whle connecting SQL server. See 2.17 part of this video carefully...I hope it will solve your error
