I love Portillo's. They're about 20 minutes from where I live. The chopped salad is very, very good too !

A lot of people do not understand the cross contamination issue. I have shellfish allergy and it is surprising how little contact it takes to give me a reaction. I always appreciate when restaurants make the effort to keep you safe.

Our son has a shellfish allergy, epipen and all. It frightens me to think about people in the industry who really don't give it the attention it deserves. I do not ever want to use that pen. As for me, I get sick but not deathly - but boy can it ruin a couple of days. I too really appreciate when not only do they pay attention but go the extra mile to ensure your safety and wellbeing. So a long passage to say, I agree! :) Thank you for watching and commenting!

The entire restaurant was decorated in Chicago paraphernalia! It's very small and very dark in there but Rob sure loves their calzones!

wow so cool grandmommy she look like she aroung 80's or 90 my dad his bday be in may 15 1923 he be 95 he's still alive moveing around i live with my dad my mommy she past away in may 18 2009 she whould be93 years old
