In alliance, it is around 50. In state, it is around 140

I can see you are fc6 but you need to build your hero power and total hero power. You have a base level power of 403ml but its made of all troops which you have 310ml. Thats not good. Your city basically is just troops. Chief gears, hero gears and charms are the ones that determined real power in the game. If someone hits your city with an fc5 and with a better gears than you. You will loose a lot of power because of your troops.

I am f2p and it is not possible for me to upgrade others to high level I can stop FC10 with best gears

@ due time you can get the materials from events to upgrade your heroes. Ive seen fc5 with legendary gears defeats fc7 with rubbish gears. Troops dont equal to powers, but its the gears.
