So here’s my take when I listened to this: I just found out about subliminals and I wanted to give it a shot so I tried this one since my skin was prone to break-outs and such. I started listening to this yesterday after my skin care routine at night but once only (I didn’t really know how to do subliminals how it works yet). While I listened, I just let positive music consume me and I just let myself feel relaxed and unbothered by anything else. When I finished, I avoided checking in the mirror in case the expectations disappointed my happy mood. The next day, I did my skincare routine (facewash, toner, pimple gel, etc.) and noticed that the acne scars in my cheeks got lighter (No shit) and the small bumps that threatened to break out had flattened. I still had this overly huge pimple on my forehead but it’s really not the point. I’ve learned that when listening to these, you just have to free your thoughts and insecurities think positively. Update - my skin looks much more clear but my acne scars are standing out more, like they've gone darker, my spots shrink and become less noticeable + my under eyes are lighter so it looks like I'm wearing foundation. Okay, I'm going to honestly assess this with actual facts about the progess that I am witnessing, or the progress that I am not, and make updated reports for anyone who may see this now...as I don't completely trust anyone else's comments.
