HAHAHAHA!!! Man I’ll never not like a shellfolk deck you do..! So entertaining! I’ve hit masters top 100 this last season and I have the pictures to prove it with a shellfolk deck I created myself 😊 let me know if you want to share ideas or discuss. I only find difficulties during mid game, after shellfolk drops into valley it’s gg anyway if I don’t get instant mini morphed :P

As much as I liked this new setup, I think I'm sticking to the poison dart version. Cuz in my games, rather than closing the game with puffcaps, I usually end it with high stat shellfolks to hit nexus cuz enemy has no units to block cuz of poison darts and group shot.

definitely fair! this version relies a little more on RNG, but being able to hit lethal at burst speed still makes it superior imo. even if opponent tries to remove your shellfolk with a vengeance, you can just cast all your backpacks while vengeance is on stack

Found a different iteration on the ladder. I played a few games with it, and it is extremely consistent with the combo. Definitely shouldn't be in the game for how garbage it feels to play against. I'll probably spam it for a hundred games to hopefully give it some more notoriety. Riot didn't get the memo that cost reduction and card generation, two of the strongest actionable components of card games, packed together with an archetype that reliably enables infinite value, is THE problem with shellfolk. Yeah, it turns out, a health stat doesn't matter if you can generate infinite stats with a 0 mana pump. Remove the cost reduction, and suddenly it's an interesting niche card like it should be without being exploitable in a way that nigh guarantees a terrible experience for the other player.

Lol I love the deck but frankly you don’t need backpack. I decided to try out your other shellfolk predict deck, and removed the poison dart. Turns out shaped stone and infinite units means you can win with only a single unit striking nexus

This combo still works even a month later. I'm so disappointed at the design. That, the most ridiculous point is this bullshit even happens after volibears reveal. You've been already finished at round 6, who the hell plays the Titanic cards? Imagine if you're a freljord player, and you meet this combo? All of your spells can't work, because you literally burstingly lose the game. Units in this region all have a tough stats--low power with high health. How could they win the game before round six?
