You can get most of the scholarships with this GPA. i advise you to prepare for either IELTS or TOEFL exam and most of the scholarships and admissions in the USA are test optional so you don't have to have ACT or SAT but it is a plus if you have besides, prepare a powerful letter of statement make it several draft of it until you reach final one. also keep eye on deadlines both admission and scholarship prepare your documents and submit for admission through I recommend common application and once accepted you can apply for certain scholarship. let me know if you have any other questions I am more than happy to help.
