I'm close to rebuilding my bag, only have 5 more items to get. I also added two 39 gallon trash bags to serve as rain covers. 39 gallon should be strong enough. I added a pair of leather work gloves, got them at Walmart for $3.00.

Love the grayl but it's heavy and with the pathfinder nesting cup it's even more heavy

I agree with you a sling bag is to small for me I went for a osprey backpack with daypack and I bought a suitcase with wheels I have a large family ❤ I went through many backpacks its ridiculous. I feel shameful that I went through so many backpacks. Thank you for truth😅

I appreciate the comment. I don’t mind sling bags, they have their place but this isn’t it. Lol I have a lot of backpacks too. It’s crazy how fast they add up. This bandit pack just nailed it for my needs. Things are about to get interesting though and hopefully this will continue to work. I’m always going to be straight up with y’all. Nice pack however I would strongly suggest adding an IFAK. It’s better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. Take care
