That noise you hear is normal it’s most likely it’s brake dust, best thing to do is spray water on it and drive fast on a straight road if still happens have them remove the rotors

Hi tracy you are definitely not going crazy. When you played the video of you driving I had my volume way down because my parents are sleeping but I could hear your car squeal at least 3 times if not 4. I would call them back and ask them for their head manager and if thats who you already dealt with then ask them for their corporate office number.

I can hear the squealing much better when the camera is outside the car. I would make him ride with me so he can hear. You are getting brushed off! How annoying!!

School.starts here aug 24th:) but my 2 kids will be doing the distant learning for the school yr!! 7th n 8th graders!! My daughter would of been a 9th grader this yr but I wasnt going to kindegarten so I couldnt get her to go so she just started kindegarten at 6!! My daughter is also 14 n birthday was july 27th!! My how time flys by!!

Yeah I heard the squealing and I am 43 so I am not young. I know what I heard and I feel your pain. Every time I hear brakes squealing, it just drives me up the wall, irritates me to heck.

Brakes just need pads. When they stop squeaking then it's eating away at the metal rotors. There is a pin that is made to squeak and warn you before that happens. If pads are not replaced soon then it gets way more expensive to fix because it will need new drums or rotors. And don't get pads that have a lifetime warranty. They end up being harder than the rotor material. Then you have to replace them anyway.
