2 bits of advice: 1. Create a new Career Profile and buy your starter car. Save the game and then do this money hack. 2. You might need to right click on the 'PlayerAttributes.json' file and open in notepad or another text editor. Double-clicking the file may not open it by default. Good luck!

You can also go through files and search ‘beamNG’ and find the folder, but it’s slower. Never thought to use launcher until I’d already figured it out.

change the value to what you want in whichever save you opened first (autosave 1/2/3 or so on), copy the whole notepad and paste it into all of the other playerattrib files of the other autosaves. load into a different beam mode, like the garage or a campaign, then load back into career. you should notice the change when you click on career.

Every time the game updates everyone loses their cars and money. To save the grind, this hack restores your wealth and gets you back to where you were before the update

The answer is I don't know - But I'd try updating all of your autosaves as the game seems to not always read from the latest one. Not sure why this is.

I did not work the tutorial, I tried many fomras. creating a new mode, putting a lot and little money but nothing turned out.

It might be patched. The devs do this from time to time and it’s getting harder to use the cheat. I will take a look and see what I can do. There hasn’t been a major update but they maybe closed off this hack

Good question. For me, showcasing missions and testing new vehicles in career mode. For some people, every time the game updates, their progress is lost so this allows them to buy the car they just lost without weeks of grinding.

I don’t think there has been an update. Try editing all of your auto saves. Not just the most recent one. Some folks have had success doing that.

@AkimboSubs yeah, it’s likely you will have a few different folders called Autosave 1, Autosave 2 etc. if you edit the file in each Autosave folder in the way described in the video then that might work for you. Not sure why that’s the case but people have been telling me it has worked for them. Let me know how you get on. 🤞

@@brudititanbymare993 what bugatti? You can drive every car and make custom configs for each one of them on freeroam. There were warning signs everywhere that the career mode is still at a very early stage and you'll lose all the progress with updates.
