Lunly if you have back paddles/triggers try this, set walk button, when you’re strafing let go of the stick and tap the walk button. In my testing it gives you full accuracy about the same time as counter strafing

Good vid but something to take away from counter strafe is in valorant moving yourself in the opposite direction is not necessary to stop faster you actually stop at the same time in valorant if you just let go of the left stick. it’s just something csgo players brought over to the game because in csgo you kind of slide but that’s not the case in val. In Valyou could just move then let go of the left stick and shoot you can still move the stick in the opposite direction if you want to make sure you have the timing but it isn’t required it’s a common misconception jiggling however when your going from right to left in bursts and shooting is important

This is console, its different. We have a delay when we are trying to stop, thats why counter strifing is good on console

@@dr__nesquick2514 you also have to weigh out that is it worth it or not? Does saving that extra second help? Probably. But at the cost of adjusting muscle memory and doing another job with your hands at the same time. I personally don’t think console is that deep yet to be honest.
