David, thank you for the invaluable content. A lot of gurus talk about the glamorous, businesses buying that "anyone can do". But, they never talk about the important things like you mention here. I always manage to pick up a few nuggets from your videos and "aha" moments. So thank you. One of the things you mentioned, financial due dilligence. Is it common practice to essentially look at a businesses bank deposits for numbers in addition to looking at the tax returns? I never thought of this before.

Of course. Financial statements are just numbers on paper. Tax returns are based on these. But the bank doesn't have any reason to make stuff up.

David, can you do a video on how Canadians or Non Americans structure deals without the access to an SBA loan like they have in the US? A lot of the research on deals are usually done in the States where you have access to the SBA loan
