So I live outside of Houston, TX in Sugar Land and I have been contemplating getting my license. I have loved looking at houses since I was a child and would look at the houses for sale in the newspaper (way before Zillow and such). I have found houses for a ton of friends by just searching and now it is time for me to do it for myself as a career. I have 3 kids and want something that is flexible so that I don't have to miss out with things that involve my family and faith and figured since this is my passion, why not! I am meeting with a realtor this Friday to pick her brain, she just started selling a few months ago and is willing to sit down with me to discuss her path so far. I have enjoyed all of your videos which by the way, you sound just like Sandra Bullock, lol. I am scared to death to take the test but I have decided a few months ago to go to Champions School, I know that will definitely help me! I just found your videos today and have watched them all and I really hope that you will continue to post more, I am now a new subscriber!!
