I tried to use your guide and I got all my images into the excel file, but I have a new problem. I am pulling from hi-res product images, and the excel file has become too large >200MB, I thought the image functions simply points to the stored online image and not actually import it and saves it in the excel itself! is there a way around this?

I did a little reading here on this support.microsoft.com/en-au/office/how-to-correct-a-blocked-error-13be117b-92e4-400a-a215-aa59d37d6e7c and it appears file size could be an issue.

You can use LEFT, MID or RIGHT functions to extract the text.

It's a security setting. So enable content in the yellow bar on top of your worksheet or make the file a trusted document. Select File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings.
