Definitely a great talker . Great advice Why u all forget sink depth and faucet hight . A wrong faucet hieght and sink depth can be very irritating. How about a ceiling fan. A must as 80% of India is a 9 month summer with temperatures in the 40s

Just a couple points from my own personal experiences , please let me know if this is only a problem for me or is something others should keep in mind too , 1) profile handles are aesthetically pleasing but are much harder to clean as they are not visible and are small and narrow, and staff/cook tends to open for masalas etc while hands might be greasy or dirty while cooking and 2) We get cockroaches entering the house from the chimney / exhaust . what is the solution to keeping bugs out from these cutouts ?
