I love the Funn dropper lever. It is my favorite I have ever used. Slowly putting them on all my bikes.

Looks sick! FUNN products rock. Love the Rift Zone too. The price on those is so low for the performance, wow!

There is a feeling that on the takeaway is the side that says Funn with a green tint, and the second one is more silver. I have the same stem but on the contrary with a greenish tint, the one on the adjustment scale)

The biggest difference for me was a shorter stem length. 50 to 40mm and holy crap I can whip around berms/corners like never before.

It is crazy how only 10mm can play a big part in control on your bike

Maximum control? 😀will I get maximum control on a 2000s MTB, with super steep head angle and super small frame, bad and too square and narrow tyres, like 2.1 or maybe narrower?😀But on a serious note, I am curious if these bars are super stiff, harsh like Burgtec Ride 38 I tried was. I am back on carbon bars now, with One Up carbon. Before I used RaceFace sixc35 also well damped and comfortable, but that bar flexed in all directions, but One up only flexes up and down. I've not experimented with many bars, I just got what I could get my hands on when I could get it. I tried the Burgtech bar cus I could not get any handlebar anywhere I looked in my width, and rise I needed, I looked in international retailers, looked in many retailers, it was a shortage, but now that has ended I think. But definitely would not use Burgtec Ride High for mtb, commuting/city riding type riding, yes. But there probably are less harsh bars out there, but I carbon bars mgiht be more comfortable, so far all I've tried were comfier than Alu bars I've tried.

nice video, but i have a question: does your stem tool rattle around while riding??
@RunBikeMike Жыл бұрын
I haven’t had any issues with it rattling

What trail system is that? BTW I am running Race Face Affect 35mm bar and stem, bars are 780mm wide and the stem is 40mm long. I didn't notice anything as far as stiffness goes, but the handling was much better from the factory 750mm bar and 60mm 31.8 clamp setup.

2:38 Plastic bar end plugs won't do so well, maybe this one works better than most, but still always use Alu bar end plugs. they are more robust.

You could always just get some more padded gloves...
