As usual, very helpful! I’m wondering- how are you managing wishing your hair 2-3x week with exercising? I used to do that too but I wasn’t exercising at all - how that I’m starting to get more active I feel like I can’t get away with dry shampoo - my hair gets too sweaty

You can try just showering but not actually using any soap, so you basically just be rinsing your hair with water which wouldn't really strip your hair of the good oils.

Thanks for the tip! I'll try that! Currently, I would use mouse in my dry oily roots and blow dry it, and then comb through - helps somewhat, but to a certain extent only ;)
