Wow. That was a great video. 👍 You are so correct about having one email account that multiple people have access to. We had a member of the AV team set up a website that had multiple email accounts. That person left without giving anyone the information to access it. I didn't know how to set up or even where to go to set up an email account like you suggested with Google. Thanks for sharing this information.

Nice one! Also, unrelated, I wouldn't recommend using LastPass given the recent news of them being hacked and users' information being compromised, since this is not the first time, looks like they're not doing their job on security.

Our church has a Fb page but I'd like to take it out of my email and put it in the church email address........... How do I this WITHOUT losing our content or page??

Once the new user is created you add them as the admin on you fb page and all should be ok.

For password managers, I would stay away from using Google or LastPass. LastPass recently had yet another security breach. And Google, well, they have never been a paragon of privacy. In my humble opinion, I would stick to 1Password, Bitwarden, or Dashlane. All 3 of those have the highest of security standards and are routinely listed as some of the best and most secure password managers. I hope that helps.

Thanks for that

I agree. I moved away from Lastpass for about a year.

Bitwarden or KeePass... Lastpass has too many breaches to be trusted.
