It felt like I was in meditation for only 10 minutes. Wow I’m amazed how relaxed I felt. I feel so good. I normally go into meditation without any outside source, just a timer and it normally feels like forever. This was great. Half an hour well spent. Thank you!

The music in the beginning and the end makes me feel like I'm in a small personal space pod in a hanger in a large mother ship, then a door opens up and the pods starts flying out of the hanger into a futuristic world/planet where there is other flying pods and futuristic buildings. Then at the end I'm in the pod again and flying back from the futuristic planet/world back to the mother ship and docking the pod back in its hanger. It's pretty fun
