Why not? Tourists are forcing the issue that no one is going to tell them that can't stand inside the box (so stepping on the line gets them 3 inches closer to the horse and guard). Why are people so entitled that they think it's OK to stand where they want, and don't believe anyone should impose the "rules" or "laws" on them because they're some how special. Isn't it interesting how the entitled some how get their hearing back after they've gotten that perfect picture, and then they move off the line?
