What is the difference between expanding comfort zone to outside zone ( uncomfortable zone ) and stepping out of comfort zone to do uncomfortable things ? Both are the same to me, just said same in the other way...

No there is actually a difference.. When you decide to step out of your comfort zone to do so called "uncomfortable things.." You are in a state of mind that I should do these "uncomfortable things" for my growth even though I don't like them. Sooner or later you will experience stress, anxiety and irritation by doing them. But what kashyap sir said is to expand Ur comfort zone.. It means.. Instead of believing that they are uncomfortable for you, he is telling us to know why they are important for us, to fall in love with those things.. Then they don't feel as uncomfortable... We actually love doing them on daily basis and they eventually become comfort to us.
