I once had everything. Then I caught her cheating and I filed. Due to her debt, I lost everything. So here I am, a clinician, living in my car. Slowly being myself again only to find compassion and even more love for myself. But now, it’s lonely. Sure, I’m 40yr and wiser, but it’s so lonely. It’s just my cat and I. It’s been three years and I have forgiven that part of myself. I’ve come close to unaliving myself. Actually, my body took a massive hit. Shot my endocrine system, hormones etc. all due to constant stress and being in survival mode. I wish I could get back to my old self. Feeling happy and alive. It only seeks instant gratification. You must discipline the mind through mastery of a skill, whatever that may be for you. If your body says “Im tired, I don’t feel like working on my goals today” You must develop the willpower to force yourself. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. I hear and feel your sense of being alone and without family however having a family does not mean we are not alone it means its time to find your real family all of us who are with you. Recently, (within the last year) it seems not only have these things been happening almost every day but now it’s just….weird. Take for example, a couple of months ago, an actual Mandela effect happened. I was watching a movie with my roommate in my room. I know for a fact he was going to bed and I asked him to turn off the tv cause I wasn’t going to finish it. I was just telling my friend Jack out of the box that a couple of videos of his ago on his channel Jack has found true happiness and he is the “ richest”;) man I know on YT his simple life carving out what he lives to do when he wants to do it, in HaRVey the RV his vintage motorhome that’s parked in his back yard! He lived there 24/7 and is a one man band and sings and created songs with the children in his area and in the Adirondack’s! & his voice is calming and soothing, he takes his viewers on tours of his yard, the Hudson River out front the woods in the back Terry he figured out he does what he lives and the money follows for him to do and be his passion! As a survivor of incest I've had many hurdles to overcome. Especially regarding my weight. I've lost I've gained... and people noticed me more when I did lose weight. I confided in a friend that there is a part of me that doesn't want to lose weight because I don't want people to notice me and start to compliment me. My body only because I lost weight.

I hear you, you need to feel safe and protected. What also besides digging out these these thoughts and beliefs from decisions we have have during trauma. This is why spiritual work is so important. When I was a teenager there was a girl named Mary who was an incest child but honestly we are all Souls coming here to learn and teach and play and experience. Anyway she got pregnant basically from a rape. She had the baby and was pushing the baby every day in a baby carriage. I walked over to her to see the Baby. I always loved BABIES and still do. The BABY WAS SO BEAUTIFUL and I said She is a BEAUTIFUL BABY, and she said to me everyone wonders why I had such a Beautiful Baby when I am so Ugly. I was in shock she said that, I didn’t know how to respond. I said you are Lucky to have a baby. But it made me sad that she said that! And now I read your comment and it makes me sad that you are going through life feeling this way. Let the past go and all that you think is true or not! It is not serving you! You are here for a reason. You can help someone else possibly someone who has suffered like you. You are a beautiful soul and like Terry is saying connect with that! Blessings to you!
