You are doing such a spiritual work, I hope you know that. You really help me in my journey

I’m a licensed independent social worker and this is a brilliant music therapy session using singing as a tool to understand how practicing skills can improve mental health. On top of that, what a kind and compassionate approach. Well done!

SO SO SO SO good - honestly you just verbalized everything that goes through my head that has been holding me back. Lol - I was saying "Yes! YES!!" out loud throughout this video! :D

Added to my playlist: Singing Mindset. I am always overcome with self doubt as I've never learned to sing till I was 23. 6 years later, I am NOW seeing major improvement, but still trying to get over the imposter syndrome and compare myself to "Naturally talented, BORN singers!"

Thank you! This is so helpful! Do you also find it helpful to imagine the space you're performing in when you practice? For example I am a church musician where everyone is out of sight behind me and off to the right.
