I have been doing that Bantu knot at the end of my flat twist theses and that technique is the truth. My ends dont like frizzy anymore. An I can't take down my hair the next day. I feel like it don't last as long when I take it down after on the third day and it stays bomb for a good while with get moisturizing products

I did a three strand twist for my graduation in 2017 and haven't done one since. It turned out great but it took me way too long, I kept wanting to braid lol. I might just do one now that you uploaded this video lol.
