Great question! Chatling is made specifically for lead generation/website chatbots while tools like Voiceflow are more general purpose. So Chatling can't do as many different things as Voiceflow, but since Chatling specializes in lead gen, the agents you make for that are going to be a lot better for a lot less work than other more general purpose agent builders.

So Chatling is more for quickly setting up website chatbots for things like lead qualification with minimal technical knowledge needed, while Dify is more for devs looking to build custom multi-functional AI apps. Dify can do a bigger variety of things but is more technical and less specialized essentially!
