Great video. I would put "business accumen" as the first attribute. Business savvy is another way to explain it. Being able to understand the larger mission of the business along with the direction and the "how" the business is moving. Because th CISO must protect the company but also must be able to enhance and be a contributor to business growth. They do this by being adaptable as you pointed out, and also by allowing the business to ove at speed and scale to achieve its goals. Business heads should feel confident that with the programs we have implemented they are freed up to begin new business initiatives to drive new revenue channels provided they stay within the frameworks we have erected.

Top priority of a CISO: Is to understand the mission, vision and objective of the business that you can align your security program and strategy with the business objectives.
