The first few sentences… I’m planning a party for the 29th and have been cleaning and preparing for that, the spring clean is happening in the yard and garden for this event and while trimming back dead plants a praying mantis came to visit me. You have such a beautiful gift of grace, even with divine messages that are tougher on Collective than norm. 😘 I saw a recipe online recently for healthy gummy bears and think the ingredients were pretty simple: fruit (they used strawberries), honey, juice of a lemon, and water, blended. Then you heat and add 1 TBSP agar agar per cup of mixture. You basically simmer it while stirring, pour into silicone mold(s), and refrigerate until set. If the honey adds too much sugar, I'm pretty sure I've even seen zero calorie recipes out there. Hey, if what you crave can be done healthfully, why give it up? 🤭
