this is such a good interview, you can tell the interviewer was genuinely interested in drag the musical and knows alaska so well and gave her lots of space to talk about whatever she wanted, plus the questions were creative and that made the interview different from others I LOVE IT

Drag the musical truly changed my life. Seeing a cis woman as a drag queen in such a prominent piece of media was transformative for me as someone who's main consumption of drag until recently was drag race. All I can do is truly thank alaska and the cast from the bottom of my heart!
