as a halsey fan for 5 years, i can tell you that her makeup line is genuine, like she actually put time into making this line and it’s mainly thanks to her amazing artistic roots. And therefore she is the most qualified to have a "makeup line". I think we can all agree that most celeb makeup or even skincare lines are a massive cash grab and they have little to no creative investment on those lines.
