Nobody ever really speaks about how hard it is losing a friendship, especially when you’re as close as you and Ell were. I went through all of this a few years a go with my best friend and it really is soul destroying having to readjust your life without them and to be forced to find yourself again. But you know what, it really is the most liberating feeling starting from scratch and being able to do what makes you happy without the consequences of that person. I admire you for that. Keep smiling Syd and stay passionate for what you love, things will only ever get better 💜
